Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after July 21, 2010.
If your cancellation request is received in writing prior to July 21, 2010, you will obtain a full refund of your registration fee after the Congress less a $50 administration fee. Please attach your official receipt to your cancellation request and send it by e-mail or fax to:

CME Accreditation

For all medical specialists who are members of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Department recognizes one credit per hour under Section 1, for a total of 24 credits for the overall activity in accordance with the Maintenance Certification Program.
Participants may claim one credit for each hour according to their participation.

Please note that the Congress organizers and secretariat do not have the authority to act on behalf on individuals in obtaining visas.
Official Invitation Letters
To support visa applications for Congress participants coming from countries requiring a visa to enter Canada, a letter of invitation is available upon request to all registered and paid delegates from countries in need of visas. Your passport information will be required to validate the letter. Full payment is required to complete the registration process and receive an official invitation letter.

Hotel Changes & Cancellation Policy:
All changes and cancellations of hotel reservations must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) and received by the Secretariat before August 20, 2010.
A one-night deposit (plus applicable taxes) will automatically be charged to your credit card if cancellation is received after August 20, 2010
